So in past payTM troubled me alot but from past many months i was happy with the payTM services and suddenly my worst nightmare came to a reality.

So i booked a bus from lucknow to delhi scheduled at 11:45PM. I called up the bus operator at 9:00PM and asked about the bus details he didn’t provide me any details and said that he will be at boarding point by 11:45PM so i reached at the boarding point at 11:30 and he said the bus will be there by 11:45 (So far So good). When bus arrived he filled the bus with the passenger of a bus of same travel agency their bus was expected to reach at 9:30PM but it didn’t arrive so he filled the bus with those passengers and denied me to board the bus i was standing near the driver seat and showed him my tickets and details he said yes this is my bus but i have to board the bus which coming in nect 15 mins and gave me the details (Blue bus reg no 6130) i called to given number and asked for the confirmation he said that this is a mistake and he will check and call me back in 5 mins. i waited for 5 mins but didn’t get any call so i called me he didn’t pick up after trying 8-9 times he picked up the call and said if i keep on calling him he will not help and disconnected the call on my face. then i called him after 10 mins (at around 12:30) he said the bus will get here in 15 mins and i can board it. after the insult and rude behavior i was still fine to board the bus. at 12:45 i called him again, No response he switched off the phone and then i tried on another number as there were 4 number provided at the time of booking out of those 4 numbers only 2 were working. i waited till 1:00AM there were no contact from the driver then i called him and asked about the status then luckily he picked up the call and said that the bus is punctured and will be there 1:15, I called him at 1:15 he said it will take another 15 mins till this time the water went above the head and i asked just tell me whether the bus will come or not he said “main pakka se nahi keh sakta aayi to aa jayegi” seriously>after spending almost 900 bucks and waiting for almost 2 hours this is the answer i am getting. i was returning home because my father got admitted in hospital and they were expecting me to be in hospital by 9:00 AM but guess what i was in lucknow at 2:00 when all the buses are gone and place was looking so isolated. when i called the payTM guy i got the same old reated answer “sir we have raised complaint regarding this and we will look into the matter” at that time i only had  Rs.270 in bank account and your customer care executive Mr.Anish asked me to book a ticket and shre it with them. SERIOUSLY? BUS? BOOKING? at 2:00AM? from where? where i can get a bus at 2:00AM i don’t know how you executive told me to book a ticket at 2:00AM. can you imagine? a person with a valid bus ticket got denied to board the bus because of the travel agency mistake, and he is waiting from past 2:30 Hours and getting some silly and worst excuses from bus operator and payTM.!! Time was running out and i was struglling away from my family which were waiting for me at almost 550KMS away. my phone went switched off i borrowed a power bank from stranger, after getting my phone switch on the first thing which i checked was buses available and guess what…. ZERO “0” buses were available till nect morning 11:00AM the i checked flight they were costing 8K-9K and sorry i didn’t have that much money available with me. in the end what i did which i called my family which were already so much upset and looking for me in my city i called them asked for some help, What they should do they get tensed and more tensed at that moment after struggling till 3:00AM i booked and OLA cab from lucknow to delhi and you know how much it costed me Rs.7,823 and by hook or by crook i had to pay  this because payTM pushed me into a deep problem. i have all the call logs to bus operator,PAYTM,OLA. if you need them kindly let me know.
