This is Sarathkumar, i have booked trip to kashmir with Holiday Planner Tour Travels for 26th april to 29th april 2019 (Booking ID: 4581743) and i had a very bad experience with travel agent
In brief, they gave me a package of 4 days for a couple worth Rs.16000/-, and they gave me complete iternary for 4 days but for the 4th day they didnt provide service as per the iternary
And they asked for extra charge of Rs.1000/- for 4th day service demanded that 4th day was only for airport drop which mismatched with provided iternary
And the main concern here is behaviour of the agent was very worst.

This is a very formal compliant , I hope necessary actions will be taken
