I booked a bus ticket in tranzking travel by using redbus app, at the last time the tranzking travels cancelled my ticket, but there is no message from redbus about the cancellation so I too cancelled the ticket in redbus but the refund is not came back to me.at first tranzking travels cancelled my ticket .I’ve paid 1217.50 rs for my trip when I’m book my ticket . I called the travels agency more times but they won’t take my calls and answer i want my refund.
