First they show offer of 3000rs and when I have uninstalled the app they transferred 3300 in my account and asked for repayment of 6042 rs

I have applied for loan after checking their offers i have refused still they have transferred Rs.3300 on 7th April n asking me to repay on 14th April of Rs.6000. now I don’t want to use this amount n wants to refund. Other wise I need to go police station to large a complaint against sender. Please advise me.
