I had done one payment through Paytm app of d2h and I had mentioned my ID no.230760173 and Mobile no. Was 9892776068 this is my bank registered Mobile no. But they had done a reacherge in another ID which is 79087148 ,this ID has been recharged but I wanted to recharge on my new ID which is 230760173 .I had raised request also for that but they r saying repetadily that kindly provide your details for refund but I had provided those details 4 times but again and again they r saying that provide the details and also asked them arrange call from executive but they not arranging and also there customer care number is not reachable …I am irritated with this… Kindly look into this matter…
