So recently I purchased one product from one site and paid through lazypay, after repayment of that payment i received refund into my lazypay account as extra credit. I talked to there executive before clearing my dues, he said when you recieve refund inform us by e-mail we will transfer your money into your bank account. But now they are not transferring my money and asking me to use it on lazypay which I don’t want
