I had done a online payment on date 31.01.2021 having amount 5745 /- through Union bank of India net banking .( U – Mobile ).I have doing this payment to OSCSC ltd BBSR.At that time transaction is failure. But this amount is paid to IBIBO web pvt ltd. I have raised a complain to UBI bank having complain no 2955775655 on date 02.02.2021.But till date this amount is not credited to my account. I have many time talk to customer care but no any positive reply from his side.s
