on 29th October I checked my Credit Score and noticed that it had reduced because of an untimely payment of a loan. When I checked I saw that there was a loan entry by the name of TransactTree Technologies Pvt. ltd. for an amount of 10583. The account number is 5353448U. I have never taken a loan from this company and it is an error on the company’s part or some kind of fraud has happened. I request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve this. It is
