Text of Complaint by Harshitha:

Amount was debited and transaction was successful on 21st July 2023, 6.38 pm. But order was not placed and amount has not been refunded until now.

Transaction details-

Your transaction of Rs 404 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary GROFERS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED account XXXXXXXXX1465 on 21/07/2023 18:39:32 with RRN 356881804847. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank. But I’m unable to contact Blinkit customer care via call or mail, please take immediate action and do the needful.
