Dear Sir,
I am using paytm postpaid for certain transactions. This complaint is about a transaction I initiated on 3rd April, 2022 for an amount Rs. 432.
The transaction was successful on paytm postpaid but it failed on Meesho app as a result, I have been waiting for a refund. I contacted meesho customer service, they say that no such transaction is visible on the app, but I do have a screenshot of transaction on PayTm postpaid. I am attempting to contact paytm postpaid customer service, to which I could find no contact in regard to customer service for paytm postpaid.
The transaction id for the transaction on paytm postpaid is: 15120220403238016500
The order id as shown in paytm postpaid is: meesho-YkncdWA_mDkYL7Rm-1
Meesho customer service is saying no such transaction is visible on their platform. Paytm postpaid has no customer service.
Kindly look into the matter.
