Text of Complaint by Anil Kumar Gupta:

Dear Sir,
I Anil Kumar Gupta has prepaid annual subscription connection mobile. On 09.03.2021 I went to airtel store in Sector 82 Gurgaon where Mr. Raviprakash attend me. I asked him to renew my annual package and make payment from my debit card of ICICI bank of amount 2398rs which he told me. From My account the 2398rs deducted but not credit to your account he told me that transaction is failed. I once again on his request paid 2398rs again from debit card again from my account this amount deducted but in their account transaction failed.
He said to me that in 2-3 days these both amount will be reversed but today is 13.03.2021, nothing has been reversed. I gave him the bank account statement yesterday. It was his ignorance that my airtel package was not renewed because the annual package cost 2498 rs which I got message on my phone. He is not giving anything in writing or on mail what actual status is of my both payment and when it will be reversed. As per instruction in your guideline I am not writing my mobile number.
I am being harassed since last 4 days without extension of my annual package and money reversal. Kindly do the needful.
