on 17/02/2023 i remitted Rs14,400/- as the fee and created IFHRMS e-challan. Amt was transacted through gpay with UPI transaction ID 304828924557. It shows the transaction was success. Then I download the echallan it shows payment was Pending. After some time I download the said echallan it seems that the payment was failed. Ok but after that till date the amount of Rs14,400/- refunded to my SBI account, i approached the SBI officials and they said that the transaction was success with their jurnal No J/64953400. Till date i didn’t get my money back and Hence I made this complaint. kindly do the necessary action in this regard.
