Hi,
I have paid my EB bill amount 4143/- throughPAYTM app on 24-09-2018 but the transaction was failed due to some technical glitch.
I don’t receive my refund till date, today is 13th business day since the transaction was done.
I don’t understand what is the difficulty here to refund my own money even it was not a small amount to refuse as it is around 4200 rupees.
You guys should understand customer’s situation and to be responsible for any issues, I am really suffering because the large amount is still held up with PAYTM. I am not able to manage my regular days without money.
Hope you guys should understand a person’s worry, also am a privilege customer to PAYTM for more than 5 years.
Give me the immediate refund of this amount 4143/-, I have also attached the screen shots of failure transaction as well as the SMS received for the same.
