Tried to make payment for road tax through Parivahan website. Made payment via paytm to SBIepay which showed failed whereas the money got debited from my bank account and in Paytm it shows transaction successfull. Requesting for immediate refund as the I need to pay the road tax and the money is stuck for no reason.
