Text of Complaint by Deepak Ranjan Mishra:

On 29-06-2021 I have paid my electricity bill of ₹1500 on Odisha one site through Paytm UPI. Initially transaction remain pending on merchant website for 4-5 days then failed. But I didn’t get refund and merchant website is claiming that they didn’t receive any transaction.
