I tried to recharge Amazon app but the recharge was failed. And marchant says the refund amount credited in your account in next 4 days. But refund amount not credit in my account after 11 days.

I got a call from 7595979019 number and I was asked that I won first prize and said that you have won Tata Nexa car or 1250000 rs cash and if I want this prize I have to pay rs.60000 of GST and when I inquired more about their address they disconnected the call and as a officer I complained at police station
