I have done a transaction of 3676 Rs from paytm upi. It shows transaction failed and the money not reflected in the beneficiary account, but the amount has been deducted from my bank account. I have contacted them and also send my bank statement showing the amount has been deducted but they are replying that they don’t have any such response from bank after showing bank statement also.
I have attached my bank statement here also.
