I made a transaction on Paytm of Rs.6200 on May 5th but transaction failed and merchant didn’t receive and I had got a message on May 10th stating refund failed and on 11th I contacted Paytm 24*7 stating I didn’t get refund yet they told me that they have initiated refund and it will reflect in my account within 5 to 7 working days and today is 10th day I didn’t receive refund and Paytm 24*7 is not at all responding properly. I don’t know where is my money. I have clarified with bank and merchant both r not having. Paytm is having it and not refunding me
