I saw my credit card bill submitted through paytm bank app on 18/08/2023 and the transaction failed. But the money was deducted from my bank account (PNB). The amount of which is Rs-10930.10. Asked for help on paytm complaint help line, did not get help. My request to you is that you make arrangements in which I get this money refunded.
