I paid money through Google pay to someone’s bank account, 3580/- debited from Account, but receiver didn’t received any money. I contacted Google pay and my bank multiple times for my refund, no refund yet. According to Google pay they didn’t received the money. When contacting bank, they were telling they can’t help because I used a third party app, so no charge back options also not available. Google pay is telling they don’t know anything ask bank. Transaction happened on 9th December, 2020. I don’t know what can I do for get my money back. Now I tried to contact to google pay, there is no option for me in my app to contact them they just simply disabled everything.
