Hi Team,
I booked 2 tickets via IRCTC online portal on 5 July 2022 , 1:54 PM but the transaction status came as Not Booked/Failed although amount if Rs 1034 were deducted from my account and it’s been a week now and I have not received any refund till date. Please help in initiating the refund asap.
