irctc ticket booking date-24/12/18 Txn-100001594881208 ticket booking was not successful and recived the faiure confirmation from irctc /paytm complain -your amounts will be refunded to your wallet within 3 working days but no deduted amount refund paytm sevice / 26 days going but complain to complain my problum not solve paytm seevice customer care/
Please note that TXN < 100001594881208 > is a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards IRCTC. That is we did not receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket. If at all the amount was debited and refund(credit)is not reflecting in your account, kindly send us the complete bank statements (FromDate of Booking to till date) in PDF format to pursue the matter.
NOTE: Please use email ID registered in your IRCTC profile for communication with IRCTC Customer Care.

Hi Gudiya, your payment of Rs. 3126.5 has been successfully processed to IRCTC E Ticketing on 2018-12-24 11:02:29 from our end with Order ID 100001594881208
In case your ticket booking was not successful and you have received the failure confirmation from IRCTC, your amount will be refunded to your wallet within 3 working days
