I was done transaction dated 13/02/2019 – Rs 2300/- to Hathway throw Paytm – UPI, Payment Ref ID 11709340421550045783, UPI Ref ID 90443760562. Payment successfully done and amount deduct from the bank account, but Hathway did not get this payment.please resolve my query and refund the same Amount rs 2300/-
