My phone number has been barred, transaction and services by Vodafone.
The reason they gave- pending bill during MNP, i informed them that i never had any postpaid number or any pending balance on my number before MNP.
The complaint raised on 28th October 2021 and 6th November 2021.

raised on Calls twice.
mailed the transaction number multiple times.
visited Service centre and raised the concern.
raised complaint on [email protected].
Called the customer service post that and raised the complaint again.
Incoming, outgoing and all the services are barred.
during one call to the customer care regarding the same the executive insisted that I am wrong and the services are being provided. Disconnected the call midway.
Every time I have been given a reference number and the issue has not been resolved.
They have failed to tell me why is the problem there. Why has it not been solved?
This is my primary number and I have been facing a lot of issues. It has been 9 days straight and the problem is the same. no solutions and no help from the team.
Need an immediate solution.
