Text of Complaint by Tripti Sinha:

My phone number has been barred, transaction and services by Vodafone.

The reason they gave- pending bill during MNP- 113. which has been paid twice.

The complaint raised on 3rd April 2020

  • raised on Calls twice.
  • mailed the transaction number multiple times.
  • visited Service centre and raised the concern.
  • raised complaint on appellate.delhi@vodafoneidea.com.
  • Called the customer service post that and raised the complaint again.
  • Incoming and all the services are barred except for outgoing.
  • during one call to the customer care regarding the same the executive insisted that I am wrong and the services are being provided. Disconnected the call midway.
  • The same has been communicated to me on the mail, which is not true.
  • Every time I have been given a reference number and the issue has not been resolved.

They have failed to tell me why is the problem there. Why has it not been solved?

This is my primary number and I have been facing a lot of issues. It has been three months straight and the problem is the same. no solutions and no help from the team.

They have been mailing that they failed to reach me on my number, whereas I have been mentioning again and again that I am got receiving incoming calls too. I have attached the mail trail for reference.

Need an immediate solution. 3 months is very long time.
