I had booked a train ticket to travel from Bangalore (SBC) to Mysore (MYS) under PNR: 4209401443. Travelling date was 11 Feb 2021 and ticket fare was 122.7 INR. During booking status was WL10. Ticket was not confirmed since it was showing WL05 at the time of Chart released hence ticket has been cancelled automatically by Railway’s. Now I have received only 45 INR as refund amount instead to 122.7 INR. Since the ticket was cancelled Railway’s should refund the complete amount. Screen shot related to transaction has been attached. So, I request you to take immediate action against this.
