I was traveling to dehri-on-son by 13305(DHANBAD-Gaya-Dehri-in-son) . I had catched the train morning 6.30 am from gomoh, train was on time and reached GAYA JN. properly, but after some time announced that this train has been cancelled, will no go further.
I went to ticket counter to asked about this inconvenience and cancel amount. They didn’t help or return amount ,as well as there was no any passenger train before 2.00 pm.
This is very bad response through IRCTC & their Employees.
IRCTC must be apologize and insured proper proof of passenger sefty and time.
