I booked a Train ticket from Make My Trip, PNR No. is 8156413946. The train was cancelled on 29th Sept 2022 & I got the confirmation that IRCTC had refunded the money to them. I called them many times to get the refund but every time they are saying that within 24-48 hours I will get my money which is totally false. It’s a total harassment for me as a customer & I am sure many others are also suffering with the same problem. Kindly facilitate for my refund & take some strict action against this company.
