Hi,

Greetings!

This is to inform you that I am trying to recharge my Airtel DTH connection as per new TRAI service through my set top box but it arrives only up to scan QR code and send the same as SMS, I forwarded those SMS on “8130881308” for consecutively 5 times and just got a response that your request cannot be process right now and after that didn’t receive any SMS from your side.

I tried the same through My Airtel App, but I think the App was insufficient to get the commands or it was not developed well by the Software’s of Airtel.

Still I didn’t lose the hope and was trying my luck through calling the Airtel Executives on 121, 198 and 020-44448080 and luckily got connected after 3-4 hours of continuous calls and didn’t got the proper reply from your executives and the call got disconnected. She told me to forward that scan QR code on “54325” instead of “8130881308”, I did this also but end up with your same replies.

 

I don’t know how to do get register under TRAI, I am a common man unless and until you wont help your customers and better your services you won’t get the client satisfaction and proper feedback from us.

I just don’t get why the process is so complicated like you should have don much simpler that a layman should understand. Of course we are not Developers so you know better than us how to develop a Software but its ultimately used by us.
