Text of Complaint by VIVEK SHARMA:

On Tata Sky website despite 3 attempts (taking 30 min +) for selection of channels, I get an order ID but the order fails. This is unacceptable and therefore I am unable to choose my packs causing grief economically as well as emotionally. Have called them 2-3 times but they are unable to assist on channel selection and guide back to website.

Requires their serious attention.
