Laptop Model: Dell Inspiron 16 plus 7620; purchased in Aug 2022
The trackpad is very erratic. The cursor guts stuck suddenly and sometimes starts working within a few seconds and sometimes won’t work the whole day. Also when its working the movement is quite sporadic and highly sensitive. It will open the right click options even when not click for. Highly unpredictable behavior. I have complained about it within the first month of purchase but the issue has not been fixed yet. Acknowledging the issue they went for 4 time part replacement after so much drama and also I had to reinstall windows twice. I am after them for replacing the whole system but they just keep saying that they don’t support “cross-country” system replacement. I had purchased the system in China and when I reported that issue, they told me that the system has global support and they assured me incase the issue continues they will fix it until my warranty expires. Now they are deceiving me by saying cross-country shit and so they can’t provide me with a new system.
