I played carrom battle and I completely pots my white coins and suddenly showed “WAITING FOR OPPONENTS” then after showed a pop up message “GAME CANCELLED DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUE YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUND NEXT 1 HOUR” then after few minutes I checked my balance , was deducted and didn’t give my entry fee or winning amount
Then I raised a complaint to support team but they informed me that I was disconnected from the game but I have all the screen shot regarding connectivity
