Hi, concern i would like to inform you that, i have taken a loan form them and in my app there was showing 16000 rs for 91 days, but when i click on complete and they are provided 4400 aginst of rs 8000 for 6 days only, neither there are shown tenure or loan amount also deductions charges too….
In bottom showing customer service when i pushed a mail them for such kind of issues no revert came at their end…
After 5 days they are started massaging with abusive, also my contacts too, in that time some one has told me if pay 3200 now then close your loan instant, but when i asked them why are you wanting 3200 instead of 4400, as per them they are considered me, so i have payed that amount….but after 3 days again same things happening….please i want justice from you……please do the needful ASAP….PFA for app screen and conversation…
