“I ordered a MILTON PRUDENT-800 Thermo Steel Hot & Cold Water Bottle 820 ml Flask in Blue on May 8, 2023. I received the product on May 11, 2023, but it was a completely different size, color, quality, and price. The product had a printed price tag of 431 INR instead of 964 INR. When I tried to request a replacement through the Flipkart app, I encountered an error message. I contacted Flipkart customer care for a replacement, but it has been 7 days with no response. Even after providing a video of the product, they denied my request for a return or replacement. Unacceptable service from #Flipkart. #Customer Service #Products Quality #Different Products”
