This diwali, 2025 i started investing in paytm gold locker. I carefully went through their terms and there was no mention of any hidden charges. Now after deducing 3% gst, the remaining amount reflected in my gold locker is showing 7k less. Nowhere the explanation of this amount was mentioned. I raised query which was handled by AI and later escalated to an agent who never happened to be a help. I tried to sell despite being in grief but my all profit was gone. This paytm gold is fraud. They are intimidating people to buy/invest more and more and they are taking away money from people without any explanation. Recently CEO of paytm gold mentioned in twitter that there was huge rise in investment in paytm gold this diwali. I dare his audacity! They are looting peoples hard earned money! There should be strict action taken against paytm!
