Sir,
I have taken two vehicle loans from Mahindra & Mahindra Finance bank, but unfortunately the loan repayment is delayed due to financial problems. I have asked for enough time and agreed to pay all the pending interests, but their executive is continuously torturing me and my wife over phone and physically by visiting our home and offices. Due to this torture, I surrendered one vehicle and payed all dues except two dues of the second vehicle. Still he is torturing and harassing me and my wife. I assured him that I will clear the dues within a month. But, the executive from Calicut Branch, named Gaya (Mobile: 9745690672) is not interested to hear my plea and continuously tortures me and even uses abusive words. So, I request you to stop this practice from Mahindra and Mahindra Finance Bank.
