I am facing the problem in downloading torrent or any other files since 5 months. Otherwise, the speed is ok and it is not the network coverage issue. Only slow download torrents and other files. Whenever I complain, the customer care executives are closing the complaints without informing me and without resolution. I requested many times not to close the SR. Still they are misbehaving.
