Sir, We reside at Bangalore, on Saturday 17th April 2021 our mobile phone was hacked and the hacker paid a utility bill to Torrent Power Ltd for Rs 74,000 towards TORRENT POWER LTD. We have slip stating to which consumer account of Torrent Power Ltd the utility bill been remitted. We contacted both paytm and torrent power ltd stating our grievances. Also, we did share the consumer name what we download from their website and the paytm transaction receipt. We have also filed FIR with our local police in Bangalore and we have filed the case to Cyber crime.. Same details was shared to company secretary cs@torrent power ltd with FIR copy, Paytm transaction receipt. 18th April 2021 we got a call from customer care stating that once the get the cyber crime email they will chargeback.. Now, we got a call from customer call that chargeback cant happen and we don’t even valuate CBI report. Torrent Power Ltd his aware about the fraud transactions happening and its not taking any charge on them As its enjoying the huge utility bill payments from Frauds and providing more of electricity to do all Fraud works..
