I’d placed an order for a set of 3 denim shirts on 18th October 2019. The order was prepaid to attract a further discount of 10%. Attaching the relevant images for reference.

However, what I have received today i.e. on 21st October, is completely different from what I had ordered. A set of 3 smelly, old and torn shirts – the kind that we wipe the floor with in my home. Attaching the relevant image of the same as well.
The total amount in question is Rs. 990

Request you to kindly look into this and help with the refund. I can see that there are multiple complaints against this online marketplace and they’re advertising not only on Instagram but on Facebook as well. However, nobody responds to your compliants on their website and there is no phone number to contact them.
Please help.
