I ordered a Kurta set and got delivery on 17-June then I raised a return request and next day one person came to my home for pick up and I handed over him the stuff as that was containing the torn pieces he refused to get it back then I asked him to take that back and he took but he had not provided any slip or I got any pick up done msg then and because of this I called the customer care number and said that the app is showing that the status is still showing that pick up needs to be done they replied that it will get shortly updated then after do days again a person came to my home and asked for the same piece we said that we already gave two days back that person updated status as we cancel the pick up and from then we are continuously taking follow up from customer care and they are refusing to give money and asking for the slip or msg for pick up.
I even mailed everything to there owner even but I am not getting any response from them. Meesho is a fraud. The below picture is the proof that what they provided me.
