My mother recently paid an amount of Rs.1200 in cash towards a delivery which was addressed on my brother’s name thinking he might have ordered something.
When she asked my brother about the same, he said he dint placed any order and after opening the parcel, to they horror, they found few kids shirts which were all torn and faded.
We checked all our social media apps to see if we have accidently placed any order but all seemed futile.
There is no way we can track the seller so as my last resort, I have to file a complaint here. Please help. Thanks.
