Machine malfunctioning after 18 month , service engineer came on 12/10/24 and asked for part change with demand of advance payment of 2750Rs. Payment already paid on same day and after 3 days part was changed but machine still not working. They said there is some parts need to change.
Now many days passed (25/10/24) No results. Bad product was given and company people literally fooling peoples with their non- sense replies. Service center telling , company won’t provide parts to us. So they are unable to do repairs. Such a bad response from service department.
