On May 24th, 2025 I ordered two packets of Dum Chicken Biryani from the local restaurant Red Cherry of Anakapalle in Andhra Pradesh. Initially OTP was not generated. I tried several times. By the time order was placed. But OTP was not generated. Finally I changed mode of payment by switching to UPL mode. This time money was deducted. After that two days after I received a mail saying “Penalty for Order Cancellation”
