I have received wrong product and now I’m not able to return or get refund from them..
They are not even responding..

I am Divya Rani recently ordered a product through toodlekart on social media. They will show something on the advertisement and after ordering the product they will send something else which is not comparable. This is a cheating. Please take action on this company I am not able to contact them. There is no return option. Please help me with the refund.
I have also been cheated similarly…I ordered a dust master vaccum cleaner and I get a Chinese kabad instead.there is no compatibility in the thing shown and the thing sent

Same here I ordered a product that is faulty and no one seems to be responding this is a total scam also their customer reviews are fake if the company is not responsive at all
I have also been cheated similarly…I ordered a DustMaster™ Cordless Anti Dust/Mite Vacuum Cleaner and i received Turboclean™ Portable Wireless Vacuum Cleaner today (30th Dec 2023).
