Text of Complaint by Indu verma:

I ordered biryani from BBK at 10.12p.m,that time i was givwn delivery time of 45 minutes. But at 10.30 p.m when i called to enquire about my order status, it waa told by your person that it will be prepared by 11.10p.m and thereafter will be dispatched i.e,by 11.30pm.
.Earlier i was told it will be delivered by 10.45p.m. and now they told me it will be delivered by 11.30p.m.
I told them to cancel the order as 11.30p.m is too much and also beyond our dinner time. Tgey strictly refused to cancel the ordee by saying very rudey that the food wil be wasted.It is very shameful of them that they never thought that I have paid Rs.641/- only for my three small kids who were hungry that time.
