We submited email request to stop Ecs and withdraw the services of Justdial because we don’t get any benefits frm their services.we gave mail request in April month.but no action has been taken till today.Staffs are just spinning us around and every month ecs is being deducted.actually ,when the agreement was done,the representative told that we i.e the client will pay installment amount from our account on our own.But in the next due ,he transmormed the payment mode into Ecs mode of payment.but the thing is we registered in Feb 2020 and from March 2020,our preschool is locked and we have zero income in our business and very very weak financial status due to which we requested cancellation but in vain.please help us.
