I ordered the product on Flipkart on 28th April. I put a return request for that product, the one who came to pick it up, he refused to take the product and said that the serial number is mismatch.
I am trying to return from 1st April but neither flipkart help nor give any solution .
After 1st April I have put the return request of the product 6 to 7 times either they don’t accept it or if they do then no one comes for pick up and cancel wrongly .
Now I am trying since yesterday to talk to customer care but no call came and I emailed about it also no response .
