SUB: To Re Open My Flipkart account (Account I’d : 9614976798)
Sir/Madam,
I am Sanju Ghosh and my Flipkart account I’d (( sanjughosh9614@gmail.com)). My Flipkart account was blocked on 6th June,2022 by Flipkart authority without any inform me.
For this reason I am unable to pay my Flipkart paylater due Bill and already payment date is over and extra late fine added .But I can’t ready to pay the extra amount. Also I can’t return a product which I received different product. The return product order I’d is-(OD124966147652924000). I already requested coustomer care many times to reopen my Flipkart account from 6th June but not get any proper solution from them.
Whatever i want to pay my paylater bill without extra and also return my different delivered product but I am unable to process my pending work due to Blocked my Flipkart account.
I already tried many more times to request reopen my account but not get any result became helpless I choose to mail Flipkart. If I not get any solution from Flipkart authority, l take another action by use coustomer from and other way.
I hope that can’t Take any action. Also hope Flipkart authority give solution as soon as possible.
