I ordered a dress for my baby which was Rs.550, for which I did the payment through upi phonepe, later they asked for the shipping charges 199, I even paid that, later they said that I paid the shipping charges late so I had to pay a fine of Rs.399, which was not so trustable, I got a doubt and asked refund but they are not willing to give
