Sir,

I’m an Airtel customer, & I tried to recharge my Airtel number through the Airtel thanks app on 15 th August. I made the payment through my debit card, but 1st time due to some technical issue my recharge remain unsuccessful, so I tried one more time. The 2nd time also the app says recharge unsuccessful but amount debited from my bank 2 time(379+379=758 in total). Though I received 2 messages from Airtel that the refund will be added within 7-10 days, but today is the 12 th day & I still didn’t get my refund back. I tried calling 198/121 to get information, but they are not helpful at all. Even after calling the customer service, I received numerous fraud calls , even today also. They were asking to install TeamViewer app, but when I disagreed, they harassed me badly. The customer service don’t even receiving my complaint now. They 1st told me yes there is a record of my unsuccessful recharge in their system, but today they are telling that I didn’t make any recharge from Airtel thanks app. But I still have those messages regarding my unsuccessful recharge from customer service.

I’m quit upset due to this and want to get my refund. Please do something, please help me to get my refund. Please do take some action.
